This page describes the Sim House SMS (text message) program operated by SIM HOUSE. These SMS Terms are part of, and incorporate by reference, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
About This Program
SIM HOUSE sends SMS messages through the ConnectMe2 platform messaging service, operated by Konnect Me 2 Inc. Messages are dispatched from a shared, brand-registered sender. Each message identifies the SIM HOUSE brand and includes opt-out instructions in compliance with CTIA and 10DLC requirements.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all ConnectMe2 platform SMS, including messages from SIM HOUSE and any other ConnectMe2 customer. Opt-out is honored within seconds and confirmed by a single final message.
- Reply HELP at any time for support contact information.
- Reply START to re-subscribe after opting out.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by your activity and reservations.

1. Program Description
SIM HOUSE uses SMS to send transactional account and booking messages, including reservation confirmations, reminders, cancellations, changes, check-in instructions, access credentials, facility notices, and responses to your inquiries. We may, with your separate consent, send occasional promotional messages; marketing is not required to receive transactional messages.
2. How You Opt In (Consent)
You may opt in to receive SMS from Sim House in any of the following ways:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox at checkout on https://simhouse.connectme2.io/ and providing your mobile number.
- Entering your mobile number in an account/profile form that clearly indicates you will receive text messages.
- Replying START or YES to a confirmation SMS from one of our numbers.
By opting in, you authorize SIM HOUSE to send you SMS using automated technology to the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. You should generally expect to receive messages when you: make or change a reservation, approach your session start time, check in/out, or contact support. Typical frequency is up to 10 messages per month for an active customer, though volume may be higher during active booking cycles.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. SIM HOUSE does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you based on your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan and any applicable fees.
5. Opt-Out and Help Keywords
- Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from the program unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP or INFO at any time to receive contact information for support, including a link to this page.
- Reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to re-subscribe after opting out.

6. Supported Carriers
The program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee message deliverability and are not responsible for any charges or failures imposed by your wireless provider.
7. Privacy and Data Sharing
Your mobile number, SMS opt-in status, and message history are collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with subprocessors that help us deliver messages on our behalf (e.g., Twilio, our SMS provider), subject to confidentiality obligations.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in you represent that you have authority to consent to receive messages at that number.
9. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at https://simhouse.connectme2.io/sms-terms with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
